I often joke that marketing therapist should be on my business card. It’s meant to be funny, but there is a little truth behind the statement. Asking your leadership team for money for a new project, figuring out what to cut when budgets are slashed, generating new ideas for a product launch, can all be stressful. In this session you get the chance to perfect your business case by practicing your pitch in front of me. I’ll offer insights on how to organize your ideas, where you might want to beef up evidence and generally answer questions you have about how the information might be received.
