Workshops
Our clients love our workshops because they give us a chance to dig into the business, and align the team around shared goals in an intensive, rapid way.
Each workshop starts with input interviews conducted with key members of your team. Based on your feedback, a custom agenda is built. Workshops can be fully immersive two-day experiences, or conducted in shorter burst sessions that fit more easily into busy schedules.
Every workshop is designed to spur action, not just to document ideas. That’s why all of our live workshops include two post workshop check-in sessions. One at 30-days, and the other at 90 days. These check in sessions hold the team accountable to executing on their goals, and provide an opportunity to explore ideas that need further refinement.
